Resources on Job Retention, Health and Wellbeing
We have developed many tools and Job Retention resources for practitioners, employees and employers. These are all free for you to download and use.
Recent early 2025 additions to the Resources include a presentation on the use of AI in Job Retention, given to the London JR Network by Gaz Barclay Bowen, an EA working with SLAM Trust, and also guidance for managers around supporting staff through disciplinary processes, written by a member of staff from Solent Mind. Thank you both for these excellent contributions to our body of resources,
Please see the Resources section for links, which include the
Job Retention Advice & Guidance Booklet.
This has become a very popular 'information bible' for many EA's!
